Thinking of Leaving the Country? (Part Two)

For those of you who want to dive deeper into incredibly useful relocation tool of AstroCartoGraphy, this follow-up article is for you. In Part One I described the astrological basis for this location system.  Now I will share the specific guidance offered in each line in an AstroCartoGraphy map.

First of all you should know each celestial influence will show up in 4 places on your AstroCartoGraphy map. You can acquire an ACG map by using some of the free on-line services, or of course by having a Location reading with me! You will see four lines spread over the Earth for each planetary influence as well as four lines for the Sun and the Moon. They will represent the places where each member of our solar system was either rising, overhead, setting, or at the “bottom of the sky” position at the time and place of your birth.  For this system to be useful it is somewhat critical to have an accurate time of your birth, either from a birth certificate, or mom’s very good memory.

You will see a glyph on each line showing you the exact planet or the Sun or Moon that line represents. Usually, the maps come with a guide to correlate the glyph with its planet or you can look it up.  It is important to know the planetary influence of the line radiates outward up to 100 miles, east and west, quite strongly.  This means you do not need to live in a place exactly on the line to pick up its energy! The influence also radiates outward up to 200 miles in each direction, moderately . And even up to 300 miles, mildly. Thus you have quite a bit of real estate to explore in choosing a location that picks up the energy of the planet you wish to experience.

Here is a brief description for each of the lines you will see in your map:

MOON

Living along a Moon line accentuates your sensitivity to the people who surround you. This can be very useful if you want to develop more connectiveness with people and a deeper understanding of what they are feeling. Along this line you can also become more knowledgeable about your own emotional needs and become more willing to honor them. Some people who are in less control of their emotional life may find this line too moody for them. Women can feel more comfortable along this line than men. It is an ideal line for raising a family.

SUN

The Sun line gives you everything you think it might---Vitality, Energy, and Zest for life. The Sun line enhances your engagement with life and attracts positive people and events towards you. Creativity flows when living along this lin. If public recognition is one of your goals, this line is perfect. It is also an excellent line to live along for recuperation following a health problem.

MERCURY

Mercury governs mental functions and communication skills, which makes this is an ideal line to live along if your career uses a heavy dose of intellectual activity. If you are planning to go to college, a school along a Mercury line will help you focus on your studies. Teaching, writing, and analyzing technical material are enhanced along this line. Your communication skills grow along this line. If you run a bit on the obsessive side, this line may not be for you.

VENUS

Love and harmonious living can flow into your life along this line. If your career is in the fine arts, your output, as well as sales, will benefit. Relationships flourish with grace and ease and heartfelt connections become more available. This is an ideal line to vacation along as relaxation comes easy under Venus’s influence. Careers in the beauty field also fare well along this line. If single, a Venus line can help you find a partner!

MARS

Mars represents yang/masculine energy. The ability to assert oneself is enhanced along this line. Plans can be put into motion more easily. The energy it takes to start a business becomes much more available.  Athletic careers and military positions do best along Mars lines. Men, in general, especially thrive on a Mars line. Women vary in their opinion about living along this line, depending on how comfortable they are with their own masculine energy. Any person who is in marginal control of their anger would do best to avoid this line.

JUPITER

Jupiter is our largest planet and associated with expansion, having fun, being creative and successful. It is considered a good line to live along for just about any reason. If becoming famous is one of your goals, living along this line will increase your chances of getting the attention of the public. A sense of wellbeing and feeling pleasure in being alive can be found along this line. Jupiter happens to govern the performing arts and dance and can be a fantastic line to live on to engage in those art forms. If you run slightly manic, this line may be too activating for you.

SATURN

Life along a Saturn line can be demanding with many responsibilities appearing, seemingly out of thin air. If being responsible and having discipline are traits you would like to develop more, this is the line for you. Otherwise, it is considered best to avoid this line, especially when choosing vacation sites. The one exception is the Saturn mid-heaven line which could be a desirable choice if you are wanting to advance your career, seek a promotion, or become an administrator of a large project. Even so, realize you won’t have much time to do anything else but work!

URANUS

Life along this line is never boring. If fact, that may be its biggest asset. You will enjoy a stimulating social life filled with many unusual and creative people. You may find yourself more willing to express the zany side of your personality. You may also become interested in experimenting with different lifestyles and feel less tied down to the traditions in which you were raised. If your career is one ruled by Uranus, you could truly flourish along this line. That would include astrology, energy medicine, the sciences, and the technology fields. This line is not for those who require more stability and structure in their lives. Somehow, perhaps due to the restlessness that can go with a Uranus influence, people don’t seem to live on their Uranus line very long but totally enjoy it while they do.

NEPTUNE

If you are looking to emphasize spirituality in your life, living along this line would be ideal. Because Neptune does not concern itself with the 3-D world, making a living will take more attention and focus. However, your intuition will grow and your sensitivity to and appreciation of the beauty offered by Mother Earth will be ever-present. This is a wonderful line for attending or offering spiritual retreats. Occupations in film, music, spiritually informed art, psychic readings, and the ministry are all enhanced along this line. If you struggle with an over usage of alcohol or other addicting substances, then best to avoid this line.

PLUTO

This influence is considered a strong one and not always desired or recommended. For those of you who are on a fast track towards transformation, living along this line will accelerate your progress, but expect crisis, turmoil, and even life-threatening situations, all of which ultimately contribute to your transformation. For the rest of you, avoiding this line is wise, except perhaps for taking brief workshops of a personal growth nature.

…………

The above descriptions provide useful guidelines, but as an astrologer, I also consult the Birth Chart of the person for whom I am doing a reading.  I look to see which members of the Birth Chart are functioning well, in good harmony with other planets, and those are the ones I especially suggest for my clients to explore when looking at their maps. The AstroCartoGraphy system is also a little more complex in that there are additional expressions linked to each of the planetary influences, depending on which angle of the sky they represent.

Over many years now, I have seen AstroCartoGraphy contain amazingly accurate guidance. For instance, clients who have lived on a Saturn or Pluto line almost universally say the experience was poor and challenging. Whereas those who have been on their Sun line have fond feelings about the location and their careers have flourished. Keep in mind, not only is ACG extremely useful in creating a successful relocation, but it can also be used to choose a lovely vacation setting, one which creates beautiful experiences and great memories.

Have fun as you explore your own astrological influences on planet Earth.

Sending Love,

Corrie
